Star Trek: Starbase 777

On the bridge of the Eventide sat the CO Rai , ready for action! He directed the helmsman to fly the course to the wormhole and soon the crew were off! The ride itself was short, just as he had mentioned. As the crew were reaching the colony, the gravitational pull of Rigas IV was heavier than anticipated.

"Captain, the wormhole put us too close to the planet," The helmsman told Rai as they began attempting to steer the Eventide away from the planet to try and resist the strong gravity.

"Full power to reverse thrusters!"

Try as they might, the helmsman struggled to keep the ship steady. The Eventide was quickly spiralling down to the planet's surface as hard as my boss was when he realised he was going bankrupt for half a million dollars of debt. "Reverse thrusters engaged, it's not slowing us down enough though!"

"Can we just turn around?!" Rai asked, an honest question really.

"No, the gravity is way too strong, I can't turn the ship around. I... wait, this entire planet is covered in wooder*

"Sovereign Nutz to Eventide, you're approaching us way too fast."

".... Coverd in WHAT?" Rai asked, clearly he was not from... Philadelphia.

"WOODER! The wet stuff!"

"Eventide, what's going on?"

"Riov Rai to Nutz, we're going to have to make a water landing. Prepare rescue personnel to beam us all off." Rai stood up and pressed his comm badge. "Rai to Eventide personnel, we will need to make a water landing, we will be beamed out by the Monean rescue team, prepare to abandon ship."

SPLAT!! The Eventide soon made a hard landing into the icy waters of the Monean colony. Right before impact, all Eventide personnel were transported to #briefing-room on the Monean ship. Out the window, the Eventide could be seen making impact with the water and proceeding to smash into large chunks.... There she went.....
